- Event storming: We facilitate a group discussion where we map out your current processes using sticky notes and markers. We use different colors to represent events, commands, aggregates and policies. We also mark the pain points and opportunities for improvement along the process flow.
- High-level solution design: We generate and evaluate possible solutions for each pain point using techniques such as brainstorming, sketching and prototyping. We consider the feasibility, desirability and viability of each solution and select the most promising ones to be further developed.
- High-level business case: We estimate the costs, benefits and risks of implementing the selected solutions. We use tools such as cost-benefit analysis, return on investment and risk matrix to quantify the impact and value of each solution.
